The Bodies-n-Balance team of certified fitness instructors and trainers come from a variety of physical fitness backgrounds, and bring with them a wide range of expertise and experience, from long distance running and Yoga, to professional mountain bike racing. All are certified in personal and/or group training, and share a vision for lifelong health and fitness.

Our dedicated staff embrace the Bodies-n-Balance approach to whole health and fitness, and serve as great examples of how the combination of a challenging exercise program, proper nutrition and healthy and smart lifestyle choices result in fit bodies and plenty of energy!
