Individual Training includes a one-on-one, personalized exercise program, nutritional counseling and lifestyle coaching. Programs range from 6-, 12- and 24-weeks, and can be tailored for any fitness level or ability, from those who have been almost totally inactive for a long time, to competitive athletes seeking to take their strength and conditioning regimen to the next level. |

Partner Training includes everything that one-on-one training does, with the added component of working out with a partner. This may be a personal friend, spouse, or another Bodies-n-Balance member with compatible goals, fitness level and schedule. |
